For sale of the Investment Package for Construction of Recreational Hotel Complex in the Vilnius Region of Lithuania.

The investment package includes the following:

1. Approved technical documents of the PROJECT Recreational Hotel Complex in the Vilnius Region of Lithuania (hereinafter - the "PROJECT").
2. State documents permitting the Project implementation.
3. Land with an area of 39 ha beneficially owned.
4. Shares* of UAB "HERSTEJA" in charge of the PROJECT arrangement.
5. Shares* of UAB "12 GROUP" in charge of the PROJECT implementation.

 
* number of transferred shares will be determined upon negotiations
